- Is membership REALLY free?
There are two levels of membership: Free and Premium.
Free membership is sure to help any student, and it really is free. Premium membership is for students who are serious and really want to improve their Spanish. To register as either a free or premium member [Click Here].

- How is the Audio Course different from this website?
While the tools on this website complement our audio course, the two products are completely different.
The primary goal of the audio course is to develop proficiency in oral communication. To achieve this, the audio course consists primarily of speaking and listening drills.

- I lost my password. What do I do?
Our "Help Desk" can automatically send it to you. To visit our Help Desk [Click Here].
- I lost my Teacher ID. What do I do?
Ask your teacher to give it to you again. Only your teacher can give you your Teacher ID.
- What if I don't have a teacher?
Our website can be used very successfully as a self-study program. Start out with the free activities, and if you find yourself getting serious, consider purchasing our [CD Course].

For some reason, your browser is not caching our pages. We suggest the following:
Tools-->Internet Options-->
General Tab --> Temporary Internet Files --> Settings --> Check for
newer versions of store pages --> select "automatically"
General Tab --> Temporary Internet Files --> Settings --> Amount of
disc space to use --> set to 50MB
Security Tab --> Custom Level --> Reset to "Medium"
Privacy Tab --> Set slider to "Medium"
Privacy Tab --> Advanced --> UN-check box for overriding cookies
Advanced Tab --> Restore Defaults
After you have made these adjustments, TURN YOUR COMPUTER OFF.
Then, restart your computer and try the games again.
- I cannot hear the sound. What do I do?
If you can't hear the sound, please [Click Here].
- The games don't work. What do I do?
The games all require Java, and that your browser be set to allow Java. Most browsers already have Java.
We suggeste the following:
Tools-->Internet Options-->
Security Tab --> Custom Level --> Reset to "Medium"
Advanced Tab --> Restore Defaults
After you have made these adjustments, TURN YOUR COMPUTER OFF.
Then, restart your computer and try the games again.
If it still doesn't work, then you might need to download Java:

If you complete all of the above, and the games still won't work, that means some other program on your computer is preventing you from running our Java Applets. A likely candidate would be a firewall program, or some other security software.
- What if my grade is not posted to my Virtual Report Card?
You must follow the instructions! If you don't, your grades won't be posted. You will be taken to a confirmation page when grades are successfully posted.
